o Who are the key collaborators already onboard (everyone involved in the application), who are the collaborators you hope to get onboard. Make clear the significance or value of all current and proposed collaborators (why is their involvement central or what value do they add?).
o What role if any will students play in your proposed project (include details such as undergrad or grad, certain majors or not, certain skill sets or experiences, how they will contribute to the project, how they will be identified or recruited)?
o If students are involved in the project, what are the learning objectives for the student(s) (how will they benefit from participating in the project)?
o Strategy for facilitating collaboration. The proposal should be collaborative in nature. (e.g. What strategies will you use to ensure the process is collaborative and synergistic as opposed to team members working in isolation and simply assimilating information into a final report?).
